I graduated from City, University of London, with a First Class BSc (Hons) Speech and Language Therapy degree and have since been working in the NHS.

I have worked for local NHS trusts working with patients who have experienced a stroke. I also have experience of working on acute medical wards, inpatient rehabilitation wards and in the community.

I feel incredibly passionate about my role as a Speech and Language Therapist and my approach to care comes from personal, first-hand experience of close family with communication and swallowing difficulties. I adopt a quality of life approach, value the importance of client-centred therapy and setting personally meaningful goals.

I live in Benfleet and work mainly in the local surrounding areas including: Thundersley; Hadleigh; Canvey Island; Leigh on Sea; Westcliff; and the borough of Southend. I am also willing to consider travel to wider areas of Essex and into Kent.

I am a married mum of two teenage boys and have grown up in Benfleet since the age of 5 years. I enjoy swimming and going to the gym, entertaining family and friends, pottering in the garden and I look forward to spending quality time with my husband and boys on our family holidays together.
